Purpose: You may ask yourself why we're holding a canned food drive. Well, here at AWANA, we want to teach our clubbers about compassion, love, and sharing their resources. By doing a canned food drive and allowing clubbers to participate, we hope that they will grow a heart for others and use their virtual shares to purchase food for others, even if they do not know them. Our prayer is that they will consider those less fortunate than them and go the extra mile to help them.
